Eddie Caldwell is a prolific songwriter producer based out of Chicago, IL. Eddie Started out in the early 90’s producing the likes of legendary artist Aaron Mills, from the Funk group Cameo, and Billy Beck of the Ohio Players, his own compilation albums, the rapper “Swolts” and many others in his Studio “Diamond Atmosphere” in Chicago. Raven Artson lives for music. The Dutch singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer and composer landed in his first band when he was only nine years old. While growing up, Raven was entering a defining period of musical exploration, showing himself the ropes of how to do it. Most prominently Raven has been drumming and producing for Mozes and the Firstborn, but also provided production for the likes of Ray Fuego, Yung Nnelg and Pip Blom and has his fair share in composing movie-soundtracks, among which Madja Amin’s Stray Sheep. He coordinates his own creative direction, while being in interdisciplinary dialogue with directors, photographers and designers. Raven’s deep musical immersion and hefty back catalogue shine through in the versatility of his solo work and his on-stage performance. Self-taught, driven but humble, Raven is readying his debut project ‘Peak In Me’.
As a true master of melody, Raven’s music is sweet and easy. His bold voice is always at the center of the music - crooning free above glistening instrumentation. Aside from his strong pop-sensibility, Raven has plenty of musical experiments up his sleeves. He whips up a perfect mixture of variations, lacing his songs and performance with clever left-turns and sudden musical shifts. Lush woodwind sections, tight drums and heartfelt vocal lines all blend seamlessly into a rich and psychedelic musical palette. In early 2016, Ward knew he wasn’t living the life he longed for. So, he quit his job as an Internet technology executive in Manhattan, left New York, and moved to LA to embrace a musical career. Since then, Ward’s music has rapidly taken Los Angeles by storm, writing dozens of new songs, packing live shows, cutting a new EP and growing a fan base of tens of thousands online. Ward’s lyrics consider life’s demands, choices and regrets. His broad vocal range rests atop of a blend 80’s modern rock, grunge, Manchester, and psychedelic rock. Born and raised in California, and known simply as “Ward” to his friends, he was inspired as a young boy to write songs after hearing Tom Petty's Full Moon Fever on the radio. He immediately went out and bought an old Stratocaster. By the time he was 12 years old, he was churning out original songs and booking live local shows — beginning a lifelong journey with music that has led up to where he is today.
Ward is just getting started. He would love to partner with fantastic composers, songwriters and live musicians for upcoming recordings, videos and live performances in 2018. As well, he is actively writing and producing music for licensing opportunities.

The Canadian singer shares his reminiscence of the girl next door 'Rachel Green' from Friends played by Jennifer Aniston through this single featuring the rapper Hodgy. This was my first-time seeing Passion Pit live, and I absolutely loved their show. Angelakos and company ignited a fire in Denver and delivered a passionate 16-song set that proved once again why this band is so special to so many all around the world. I can’t wait to see them again here in the Mile-high City!
Back from a short hiatus from touring, Passion Pit finally hit the road celebrating their 10-year career in honor of their 2009 debut album, Manners. They kicked off their highly anticipated Manners 10 Year Anniversary Tour on April 30th in Tempe, AZ before making their 9th stop at one of Denver’s finest and most iconic venues, The Ogden Theatre
Passion Pit pulled out all the stops for this tour and adding special guests The Beaches to the lineup was a real treat. They were the perfect band to get the party started and came out swinging with their collective persuasion of alternative rock meets punk with a high kick of modern pop sensibilities. These women from Toronto, CA had enough talent between the four of them to shake the room and they did just that. If Denver didn’t know who The Beaches were before the show, they sure did when the dust had finally settled. From the crowd’s reaction, The Beaches certainly made new fans here in the Mile-High City, me included. Their 45 minutes performance was a non-stop party filled with high energy music that kept the whole crowd moving and grooving throughout their set.
Now on to Sunday's main attraction, Passion Pit. Fronted by the immensely talented Michael Angelakos, Passion Pit opened Sunday evening’s show with a dazzling light show and enough energy to take down an entire army. His powerful vocals combined with a supremely talented band brought down the house in ways that most in attendance may not have thought possible. As promised, Passion Pit played Manners in its entirety along with fan favorites “Carried Away”, “Take a Walk” and “I’ll be Alright”. All were performed with a spirit and energy that is rarely seen live in this day and age. This is what live music is all about!
This tour has been an uplifting gift for Passion Pit’s fans as well as for Michael Angelakos, who graciously took the time during the show to enthusiastically thank the audience for sticking with him throughout the different phases of his career. He spoke openly about his bipolar disorder, what his state of mind he was in when Manners was released in 2009, and how it all effected his overall ability to tour. When Angelakos took time off in 2017, he devoted it to his mental health and the launching of The Wishart Group, a non-for-profit company whose one mission is to support musicians by providing them with healthcare services along with legal and educational resources. From recent interviews, Angelakos seems to be in a much different, happier place and his aura on stage Sunday proved that to be 100% true.
With 8 tour dates left on this leg of Passion Pit's Manners tour, Angelakos and company seem to have picked up where they left off with no signs of slowing down. Towards the end of the set he noted about this year’s tour, “I don’t want to jinx it, but so far so fucking good”. I'd agree wholeheartedly with his sentiments, as this show was truly a special one to have been a part of.
"Life" is the latest single from UK based Electronic Rock Music (ERM) project LUPA. You'll know immediately as the music begins that this is a rock track. The group is showing their flexibility with this single shifting from the dance music feel of their last single, "Don't Fail Me Now ", where lead singer Livvy M sounded like a young Janet Jackson. On "Life" she is far more commanding. Overall "Life" is a tight little ball of fury that would be great for a film or television placement.

The crowd has amassed—their anxious waiting made palpable via the room’s rising humidity. The air is filled with the scent of die-hards, and all-black attire is the dress code dictated in a non-existent memo that everyone in attendance somehow still received. A projection on stage begins a countdown as people scream and chant,
“CRY-WOLF! CRY-WOLF! CRY-WOLF!”
Behind that projection, Justin Taylor Phillips can be seen donning his outermost layer of stage attire—a designer lab coat (the [architecht] - courtesy of [aera]) fit for a heretical chemist brought forth from the ether to administer near-lethal doses of melodious and melancholic heartache. Over the speakers, the intro to his fifth single off this new release, titled DRIP, loops over and over again, amplifying the anticipation.
3, 2, 1…
The artist known as Crywolf rushes the stage, assuming position at one of three key equipment stations. Over a slowly-rising sea of textural drones and pads, his voice slices through the air as he begins the first track of both this performance and his newly released album— a siren’s requiem named ATHETOSIS [here’s the lullaby you made me promise never to write].
Visceral visuals, chaotic choreography, and seizing strobe lights perfectly complement Crywolf’s stage presence as he seamlessly transitions from track to track, the beginning of his set comprised entirely of material from his new release, dramatically titled widow [OBLIVIØN Pt. I].
As the performance journeys to past releases, Crywolf glides effortlessly between live MIDI controllers, electric guitars, and a customized electronic Roland Drum Kit that looks like it belongs in a sci-fi/horror. With each instrument overtaken, he becomes a new beast on a new mission. A mission to be heard—to be understood. Taking the audience on an adventure through records past and present, he is a chain reaction of passion as he ignites over and over, firing from one track to the next. It doesn’t take long for this fiery performance to exceed the boundaries of the stage, allowing Crywolf fans the opportunity to belt out their favorite lyrics right alongside their favorite artist.
Hitting fan favorites like Anachronism, Rising Rising, Weight, CEPHALOTUS, and QUIXOTE [i am alone, and they are everyone], as well as gracing those in attendance with both the original version of Quantum Immortality and its equally emotive cousin, the remix by rising-star producer AWAY, Crywolf holds the audience captive to the very bitter, heart wrenching, violently vulnerable end.
In true LA-show fashion, the end is never really the end. Crywolf’s encores consist of special guest appearances by Charity and Mothica, who lend their ghostly vocals to album cuts Silk and Neverland.
The show ends, and all that remains is the overwhelming sensation akin to being pulled back from the void and subsequently dropped back into reality. Crywolf had immersed the audience in emotions of every shape and color, and they seemed to love every second of it. The lights (s/o Jay Coller), the sounds, the projections, the stage dives, the lyrics sung, and the lyrics shouted back; each was as raw and primal an experience as the next.
Being the last show of this first tour cycle, Crywolf and his team surely did not disappoint. Now, fans can only wait with bated breath for what comes next out of this astoundingly creative camp.

Joel Matthew got the hot tub warmed up with some rap. HEЯITAGE brought a serious Island Music party with beautiful beats an harmony. Esbie Fonte performed heart felt dramatic, edgy pop music. PLVNK banged us with super hooks and high energy. MZ Neon chewed us up and out while spitting dirty grime rhymes. Joel Matthew, a 25 year old rapper, producer, songwriter, and keyboardist is releasing his debut EP on March 1st 2019. Titled “Where Do I Start”, the six track project is produced by Joel himself along with a bit of help from some friends: multi-platinum, Grammy-award-winning songwriter, producer, and keyboardist Sam Barsh; as well as Grammy-award-winning G.O.O.D. Music engineer and producer Tom Kahre.
Once Joel linked up with his creative team after quickly moving to Los Angeles, the trio crafted the sound of the project from 2016-2018 and are releasing the debut single “Lost in Los Angeles” on February 7th; with a video for the same song releasing February 14th, all leading up to the release of the EP March 1st.
The project deals with themes of determination, sacrifice, self-doubt, taking chances, drifting apart with loved ones, and inspiration. All of this over a bed of intricate instrumental and vocal productions that take inspiration from multiple genres.

Rapper JohnBoyCool is a fast rising star within the Compton Hip Hop community - you can see him surrounded by his peers on the cover of Kendrick Lamar's 'To Pimp A Butterfly' album; he and his Pirate GVNG crew have been featured on Vice TV's "Noisey," as a straight up rap artist he's opened for acts like 2 Chainz - but for his latest project PLVNK (pronounced Plank) he wanted to explore other sounds and styles.
"Where I went to middle school, I had a bunch of rocker friends. I was listening to Blink 182, Nirvana. I always loved the sound of drums and guitars..."
A chance meeting led to a collab with Israeli singer Nachum Peterseil (frontman for Automatic Toys, an alt-rock group with a love of all things electronic.) Despite coming from completely different backgrounds and cultures, the two vocalists found that had a lot in common ("He literally survived wars...and I have my own stories to tell".)
After a series of successful live shows, plans were set in motion for writing sessions to continue that vibe. 'JB' brought in Joey Mora (a.k.a. 'The Klassiks', a maverick Hip Hop and Dance music producer), whilst Nachum drafted Automatic Toys drummer Sir Mal, a UK recording artist with a list of credits including Pete Yorn and Andy Allo.
